  1. Many of the items in this directory, especially those presented by Jim
  2. Fanning ot Tideway School, are not 'commercial quality'. However, these
  3. were produced as projects by the pupils of the school, and are included
  4. becuase they illustrate how pupils can, with minimal hardware, software
  5. and expertise, use the computer to create records of school trips and
  6. other collected material.

  8. Even if the results are not of the highest standard this is a valuable
  9. way to reinforce learning.
